Position Overview:
ROMTech is seeking a Software Systems Analyst to join our Software Development Team. This individual will be responsible for providing first level IT support to our internal teams including; Field Specialist, Cardiac Rehab Specialist and Remote Patient Onboarding teams. Assisting with anything in relation to Software, Firmware and Tablet issues as well as providing reports as requested.
This is a full-time position, based onsite at our corporate headquarters in Brookfield, CT. Reporting directly to the Scrum Master.
Available Work Shift: Tuesday - Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support as needed and troubleshoot for our Field Specialist and Cardiac Rehab Specialist teams in relation to Software, Firmware, Android Tablet issues.
- Run tests and gather data as needed for analysis to aid in decision making.
- Support the Development team with troubleshooting software and firmware issues prior to release.
- Maintain any documentation needing updates with every release.
- Perform and document final software and firmware pre-release testing (Pedal Parties).
- Create documents outlining how to perform the duties within your processes as SWOPs.
- Acts as a resource primarily for the Software team but may be designated as a back-up for software related issues on Customer Service team.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work intended shift schedule to support internal team members.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot an Android product.
- Prior Helpdesk experience a plus.
