Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to craft and implement seasonal graphics for key collections and unique launches.
- Convert design concepts into market-ready graphics that resonate with our brand ethos.
- Infuse fresh ideas through competitor analysis and design research.
- Create prototypes and production-ready artwork using both new concepts and existing assets.
- Refine designs based on input from internal teams and leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables are organized and adhere to brand standards.
- Independently manage workflow and deadlines while keeping the team informed of progress.
Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on Mac.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and color, with a track record of successful designs.
- Ability to take a project from concept to high-quality, print-ready artwork.
- Self-driven and organized, capable of handling multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing for retail, apparel, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with creating graphics for linesheets and presentations.
- Ability to work swiftly and effectively in fast-paced settings.
- Experience translating inspiration into creative designs.
