Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints effectively by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our content management systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials by utilizing skills in graphic design and digital art as needed.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in areas such as branding, motion graphics, and visual design.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with web design principles including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with Figma or Sketch for UI design is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and print advertising techniques is beneficial.
- Experience in photography or photo manipulation can enhance your application.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in production design tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
