What You’ll Do
As a
Remote Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to manage and schedule appointments for the sales and customer service teams. You’ll ensure that both existing clients and potential customers have smooth, timely interactions with the right people in our company.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and set up meetings between potential clients, leads, and team members (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads via phone, email, and chat to confirm interest and gather necessary details before booking appointments.
- Calendar Management: Keep track of appointment schedules and ensure no conflicts arise; send reminders to clients and internal teams.
- Data Entry & CRM Updates: Input appointment details and lead information into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Follow-Up: Reach out to leads and prospects to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and ensure no shows are minimized.
- Customer Interaction: Handle initial inquiries with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring a positive first impression for all prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure appointments align with team goals and objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or customer service is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with both clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple appointments at once without error.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
- Proactive: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying on top of scheduling tasks and follow-ups.
- Customer-Centric: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and making sure every client’s needs are met.
- Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, managing your time effectively and working across different time zones when necessary.
