Position Overview
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams by providing data insights, operational reporting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across departments
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support leadership and finance teams
- Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to deliver actionable insights
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Provide recommendations to optimize efficiency, profitability, and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
