We also operate a high-ticket online education division, teaching investors how to acquire and scale rental portfolios using modern funding strategies.
We’re on track for $1M+/month in revenue and seeking a CMO who has built and scaled 7- to 8-figure high-ticket funnels in the online education or finance space.
Role Overview
As CMO, you’ll own the entire growth strategy — from paid traffic to backend monetization.
You’ll lead a team of marketers and creatives, design launch systems, and oversee the performance of all funnels for both our lending arm and education brand.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all marketing operations — paid ads, funnels, and lead flow
Design and execute launch campaigns, VSLs, and evergreen funnels
Lead and grow internal teams: media buyers, copywriters, and closers
Manage multi-six-figure monthly ad budgets across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
Develop and refine offer positioning, messaging, and creative direction
Track, optimize, and report KPIs — CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion rates
Ideal Candidate
5–10+ years of marketing leadership experience
Proven success scaling high-ticket programs ($5K–$25K) in finance, investing, or online education
Deep understanding of funnels, psychology, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar
Analytical and creative — capable of strategic vision and tactical execution
Compensation & Benefits
$300,000–$700,000/year (Base + Performance Bonuses + Profit Share)
