Creative financing solutions like DSCR loans and working capital programs for real estate investors
High-ticket online courses teaching investors how to buy rentals with less than 20% down
Were scaling toward $1M+/month and are now seeking a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to own our entire backend revenue engine — from nurture automation to upsells, retargeting, and reactivation.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for turning every lead in our CRM into revenue through smart, automated communication systems that build trust, educate, and close deals.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Design and implement email and SMS nurture sequences for both finance and education funnels
Write high-converting emails for booked-call confirmations, reactivation campaigns, and client upsells
Build retargeting campaigns for unbooked or no-show leads
Create automated post-call and post-purchase follow-up flows to increase conversions and repeat buyers
Manage segmentation and tagging inside GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs
Report weekly on backend revenue performance (email-generated revenue, open/click rates, list growth)
Collaborate closely with the CMO, Funnel Architect, and VP of Sales to align messaging with active offers
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM automation
Proven success in high-ticket or online education offers ($3K–$25K range preferred)
Strong copywriting ability — understands how to write persuasive, story-based emails that convert
Technical experience with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar CRMs
Knows how to design multi-step automations (tags, triggers, conditions)
Comfortable analyzing performance data and optimizing for revenue
Bonus: Experience with SMS automations, retargeting sequences, and LTV expansion strategies
KPIs You’ll Own
20–30% of total monthly sales driven by backend email/SMS revenue
30–40% open rate average across campaigns
2–3% click rate minimum
Increased reactivation and show-up rate for old leads
Revenue lift from upsell and cross-sell automations
Compensation & Benefits
$3,000–$6,000/month base
