Position Overview
We seek a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Experience Manager to join our team. This dynamic role blends operational support with client engagement, project management and administrative leadership. Key Responsibilities
Client & Communication Leadership
- Nurture our relationships with clients, brokers and corporate stakeholders
- Act as a primary liaison for client communications, delivering timely, professional, and solutions-oriented responses
- Strategically manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g. LessAnnoyingCRM), ensuring critical client data is accurate, current, and actionable
- Provide essential support throughout the sales cycle by participating in sales calls, capturing key insights and driving follow-up execution
- Assist in the creation of client-facing materials, including tailored proposals and presentations that reflect Wunsupona’s high standards of excellence
Operations & Project Oversight
- Assist in oversight of seamless execution of day-to-day business operations
- Collaborate to help plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact wellness events (on-site and virtual), ensuring every detail reflects our brand values and client expectations
- Own project timelines and deliverables, proactively managing resources and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track
- Serve as a key point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring consistent service delivery, accountability, and alignment with company goals
- Assist with timely client invoicing
Team & Contractor Support
- Provide essential support to internal teams and wellness practitioners through effective and timely communication
- Foster a well-organized, collaborative environment by anticipating needs and removing operational obstacles, enabling the team to thrive
