Launch Point is now hiring Sales & Marketing Representatives in the Knoxville area! We are hiring on behalf of our client to promote and represent their products and services inside well-known retail partner locations. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity ideal for individuals who love engaging with customers and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent our client’s brand professionally within high-traffic retail stores
- Approach customers in-store to educate, promote, and explain current promotions and services
- Learn and follow sales scripts, compliance protocols, and client guidelines
- Assist customers with product information and sign-ups
- Track daily performance and sales metrics
- Attend in-person team meetings for product updates, training, and development
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, energetic, and coachable with a desire to grow
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus – but not required
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a retail setting
- Full-time availability including weekends is required
