Shep Digital Solutions is a retail media technology company delivering next-generation consumer-facing solutions that transform how retailers engage with their customers. Our proprietary software platform powers on-premises, omnichannel retail media networks, shopper marketing, and adaptive digital content distribution.
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our Team. This individual will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing efforts for the Shep Digital Solutions retail technology brand. This role is responsible for building awareness, driving demand, and positioning the company as a leader in innovative retail technology solutions.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics with a passion for technology that empowers modern retail. They will drive integrated marketing strategies that connect our products and services to retail partners, business owners, and end users through impactful storytelling, data-driven campaigns, and brand innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company growth objectives in the retail technology sector.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the value of our retail technology solutions to key audiences.
- Drive demand generation and lead nurturing through digital campaigns, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Work in conjunction with Sales to build market driven campaigns and sales collateral that supports pipeline development and the sales process.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits and success stories.
- Oversee digital presence and performance, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Create marketing collateral, case studies, product videos, and other assets that strengthen the brand’s thought leadership in retail tech.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to measure ROI and continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Direct market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the retail technology landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and evaluate the performance of campaigns and external partners

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of progressive marketing experience within a technology, SaaS, or retail tech environment, convenience retail experience a plus.
- Proven success developing go-to-market strategies for technology solutions or retail-focused platforms.
- Experience with B2B marketing models.
- Strong familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
