Position Summary
You’ll support the marketing and social media team in bringing the Rion Aesthetics brand story to life across digital channels. This role is ideal for a driven, team player who is extremely organized and highly collaborative—someone passionate about beauty, science, and social storytelling. You’ll assist in expanding our social presence, influencer coordination, and brand partnerships while learning the inner workings of a fast-paced aesthetics company leading innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of social media content calendars across platforms.
Assist in managing influencer relationships, product seeding, and partnership outreach.
Provide support on influencer and UGC campaigns by building briefs, sourcing content, organizing submissions, and tracking deliverables.
Help capture and edit short-form and long-form content (photo, video, and graphics).
Organize content libraries, track deliverables, and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
Assist with reporting and analytics by pulling performance metrics and sharing them with the team to support optimization.
Stay current on platform updates and trends and surface ideas to the Social Media Lead for collaborative brainstorming.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and creative assets are consistent across platforms.
Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital content (internships welcome).
Specialized skills in graphic design, photography, and/or video editing.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Expertise in at least one of these key platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or LinkedIn.
Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Suite for light editing.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging content.
