Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Interstate Heating Co., Inc. This role is essential in driving sales and expanding our customer base by providing exceptional service and product knowledge. The position is based in Sussex, WI, where you will contribute to creating comfortable living environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase HVAC solutions to potential customers.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build relationships with prospects.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and upselling existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to align on sales goals and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and persuasively.
