Associate Production Engineer – Food Ingredient Manufacturing

Schedule: On-site | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000/year (based on experience)
About the Role
A leading global ingredients manufacturer is seeking an Associate Production Engineer to join its Memphis-based team. This role is critical to daily production execution and planning within the food ingredient operations group. You’ll work hands-on in a dynamic manufacturing environment, optimizing performance and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production execution and planning activities
- Troubleshoot process control systems and unit operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- BS in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
- Familiarity with process control systems and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)
Preferred Qualifications
- Co-op/internship experience in a manufacturing environment
- Background in food ingredient manufacturing or related industry
- Experience troubleshooting unit operations
