We’re seeking a Junior Amazon Merchandising Manager to support a critical segment of the Amazon team at AS Beauty. This role will oversee all aspects of launching, merchandising and monitoring product health across all AS Beauty Brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate is self-starting, team-oriented, and excited to help strengthen the brand image across storefronts.
Responsibilities:
- Launching, merchandising and monitoring product health across all AS Beauty brands; encompassing imagery, A+ Content, Product Copy, Customer Reviews, Customer Q&A/ Voice of the Customer, and Case Management regarding merchandising issues in Amazon Seller Central
- Responsible for the brand image and maintaining cohesion across all franchises for the respective brand.
- Conceptualize and brief impactful PDP imagery with the creative team.
- Work cross-functionally with the social and Meta teams to align on product priorities and strategies.
- Manage Amazon Store; ensure all products are listed, merchandised properly and in-stock.
- Analyze store sales and customer shopping behaviors to continuously optimize and test the storefront.
- Develop virtual bundles and physical bundles that strategically grow the focal franchises.
- Work with Product Development team on new product launches requested by the Amazon team.
- Responsible for launching new items on Amazon with all corresponding merchandising needs.
- Manage marketing calendar for all PR-associated campaigns while working cross-functionally with the PR team.
- Run Amazon Live strategy and create new marketing initiatives that move the needle.
- Provide reporting and feedback to the team on areas of success, things we tested that did not work and key KPIs for respective areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field a must
- 2+ years of Amazon merchandising or digital merchandising experience is required
- Amazon Seller Central experience is required
- Experience in beauty is a plus
- Proven track record of maintaining excellent brand image across Amazon or digital storefronts
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
