Retail Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Store Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all store product-related inquiries, including inventory availability, transfers, and replenishment.
- Coordinate across departments, including wholesale, PR, production, and account services—to resolve store needs quickly and efficiently.
- Track and manage incoming store requests, escalating urgent or recurring issues when necessary.
Retail Reporting & Data Management
- Own the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and ad hoc retail reports (e.g., sales performance, product movement, store requests).
- Pull and assist in analyzing data from internal systems to support retail teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product catalog to ensure accurate reporting and support meaningful data analysis.
- Identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities in reporting, flag key insights or concerns.
Trunk Show & Event Logistics
- Maintain and manage the calendar for all retail trunk shows and store events.
- Coordinate event-related logistics, including the shipping and receiving of inventory, samples, and materials.
- Partner with wholesale and PR teams to track the location and movement of samples and ensure availability for upcoming events.
- Reconcile all product sent to and returned from events, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Provide onsite support at trunk shows, store events, and other retail activations as needed to ensure seamless execution and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to take initiative without constant direction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables, and data formatting); comfortable working with large datasets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact confidently across multiple departments and levels of the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge to support reporting and store support functions effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
