We are seeking a

You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of branding and marketing projects, supporting internal teams, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple branding projects simultaneously.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Anticipate potential challenges and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
- Support the creative and account management teams with logistics and resource coordination.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within marketing or creative industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
