Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer, located in Cincinnati, OH. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, implementing and optimizing production systems, and ensuring efficiency and quality in operations. Day-to-day tasks include designing and improving manufacturing systems, developing and maintaining work instructions, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Skills in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering
- Expertise in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Machining
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
