Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ASP.NET and related technologies, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and VB.NET.
- Write clean, scalable code in C# within the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Design and manage database solutions using SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Apply software architecture principles and design patterns (e.g., MVC) for maintainable applications.
- Utilize version control systems (Git, Visual SourceSafe) for code management.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET framework and ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and Visual Studio.
- Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Visual SourceSafe).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
