Compensation: $54 - $72/hr, depending on experience & qualifications
Overview/Summary: We are seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling professional to develop and maintain CPM schedules in an EPCM environment. This role involves schedule analysis and recovery, participation in interactive planning sessions, project controls reporting, and Earned Value support. Strong Primavera P6 skills and solid engineering process knowledge are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules
- Analyze and recommend mitigation and recovery of CPM schedules
- Lead/participate in Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions to build schedules
- Provide input to monthly project controls reporting
- Assist with Earned Value Management.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- At least 5 years of Planning / Scheduling experience in an EPCM environment
- Solid understanding of engineering process, procedures, and deliverables
- Strong communications skills
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills
