Portland, OR, is looking for a
Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team of media pros! You’ll work closely with our Outside Sales Executives and Sales Managers to help create, organize, and execute campaigns that connect with our audiences and clients across radio and digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software is essential.

Responsibilities Of This Position May Include
- Develop engaging Google Slides and Canva Style presentations and sales recaps that highlight campaign success and client results.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of sales initiatives, projects, and promotions.
- Manage and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support the coordination of special events, station promotions, and community initiatives.
- Maintain and organize house trade accounts and related documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the sales and marketing team.
- Enter commercial orders and coordinate production details using industry-specific software to support sales managers and account executives.
Requirements Of This Position Include The Following

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for crafting clear and compelling messages.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, ever-changing media landscape.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with a creative approach to presentations and reporting.
Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
- Proficiency with GSuite Docs, Sheets, and presentation software
- Prior broadcast industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Wide Orbit traffic software and vCreative.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
- General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software
- Familiarity with Social Media Advertising (ie, Meta Business Suite) platforms and ability to execute simple social media ad buys for Station and Client needs.
