The Encompass Group is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. This executive role will drive the organization’s growth strategy by leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisitions and partnerships that enhance market position and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all M&A activities, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and execution.
- Develop and implement M&A strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, including legal, financial, and consulting partners.
- Provide market intelligence, industry trend analysis, and competitive insights to inform executive decision-making.
- Oversee post-merger integration planning to ensure operational efficiencies and value realization.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking, ideally within healthcare.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
