The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a Product Manager for a prominent client of ours, located in Miramar, FL 33027. Details of the position are as follows:

Shift Information:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Hybrid Position!
Pay range starts at $35+/hr!
6-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

Position is primarily responsible for managing the enhancement and optimization of an in-house Procure-to-Pay (P2P) web-based platform that integrates supplier and financial data through a proprietary matching engine.
Position will also be responsible for collecting and translating business requirements into functional user stories, managing agile delivery (sprints, backlog, ceremonies), and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Position will be in charge of performing SQL-based data analysis, validating system behavior, and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Data Engineering teams to improve automation and reconciliation efficiency.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis is required!
Experience with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence) is required!
Strong data analysis skills with ability to write and run SQL queries is required!
Bachelor’s degree is required! Degree specifically in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred!
Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is preferred!
Background in Fintech, Digital Payments, or Accounting products/systems is preferred!
