Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Denver, CO (Metro) or Lincoln/Omaha, NE
This position is open to U.S. citizens only. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be based within the U.S. during employment.
Position Highlights
Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to support a large, fast-paced field marketing and education team. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can balance creativity with production discipline — someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, loves quick turns, enjoys refining templates and systems, and thrives in helping others look great through strong design support.
You’ll work closely with marketing, education, and clinical leaders to produce presentations, collateral, and digital materials that communicate ideas clearly and consistently across our national network of oral surgery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of collateral materials for field marketing, training, and internal communications — including flyers, one-pagers, guides, and event assets.
- Build and refine PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva presentations for executive, clinical, and marketing audiences.
- Leverage templates, tools, and AI-based design aids to maximize efficiency and maintain consistency across brands.
- Maintain and evolve shared design systems and asset libraries to streamline collaboration across teams.
- Work in real time with authors and subject-matter experts, providing quick turnarounds and clear visual storytelling.
- Stay ruthlessly organized — managing multiple priorities, version control, and asset requests without losing accuracy or momentum.
- Communicate effectively with non-designers, guiding them on best practices for formatting, branding, and visual clarity.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, training materials, and design workflows for greater scalability.
Who You Are
- A production-minded designer who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.
- Organized and reliable — you take pride in clean files, clear naming, and consistent delivery.
- Curious and resourceful, constantly exploring smarter ways to work through templates, automation, or AI tools.
- A strong communicator, able to teach others how to use design tools effectively and uphold brand standards.
- Adaptable and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
