We are looking for a
Junior Creative Designer to join the global marketing team on a contract basis to support the migration of marketing collateral to Foleon, an online content creation platform. You will play a key role in reimagining and rebuilding our digital assets within Foleon, ensuring everything aligns with the brand guidelines and delivers a consistent, high-quality user experience.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer with strong digital design skills and a passion for creating engaging online content.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of existing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, PDFs, etc.) into the Foleon platform;
- Design and adapt layouts, graphics, and visual elements to suit digital formats and responsive design principles;
- Ensure brand consistency across all migrated assets;
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and teams to understand requirements and optimise visual presentation;
- Test and review final outputs in Foleon to ensure functionality and visual integrity;
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve templates, layouts, and workflows within Foleon.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional design experience;
- Prior experience with Foleon or similar content creation platforms (e.g., Ceros, Canva, Mailchimp, Webflow, etc.);
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
- Experience working within established brand guidelines;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Experience creating and designing digital content such as web pages, interactive brochures, or online presentations;
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design principles;
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
