Consultant to join our growing
Management Consulting team. In this role, you'll partner with a diverse range of clients to reimagine finance operations, optimize accounting processes, and deliver technology-enabled solutions that make a real difference.

Core Process:
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ core finance and accounting processes
- Lead client workshops to assess current-state operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Development of process optimization, including technology enablement
- Document finance processes and internal controls clearly and effectively for clients
- Build trusted relationships with high-value clients, providing insights and delivering ongoing value
Core Accounting:
- Advise clients on developing an optimal chart of accounts
- Develop and deliver insightful financial reports tailored to client needs
- Facilitate workshops with finance and accounting leadership to align strategy with execution
Core Systems:
- Assist clients in selecting optimal core accounting and financial reporting solution(s)
- Support or lead system implementations, ensuring successful adoption
- Help clients integrate disparate data to drive insights
Who You Are
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA is preferred, but not required
- Have an understanding of core finance and accounting principles
- Knowledge with F&A technology (CoreERP, EPM, and BI Reporting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative to learn, ask questions, operate in a fast-paced environment, challenge the status quo, develop strong relationships internally, and be flexible are required and keys to success
- Understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000-85,000 for Cons ultant
- Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, ex perience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
