The Consultant has ServiceNow implementation and experience/expertise in one or more platform areas, usually 3+ years of experience.
What you'll do at Insight
•
Work with internal personnel on projects involving multiple disciplines.

Ability to troubleshoot issues
What you'll need to join Insight
•
BS in Computer Science (or in a related field) or equivalent work experience.
•
Minimum of 5 years of software industry experience required.
•
Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience is required.
•
A customer service or support background is also desired.
•
Must display high-level troubleshooting competencies.
•
Must have exceptional communication skills including written, oral and presentation.
•
Must possess strong analytical skills.
•
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to work with clients.
•
Must be able to work independently.
•
Due to the ever-changing nature of the industry, incumbents must keep abreast of the software solutions offered by manufacturers and their direct competitors
