Command the cultural identity of Kriminal Popstar, BRR’s flagship fashion and art division, as Vice President of Fashion & Art. You’ll fuse street luxury, avant-garde art, and music culture into campaigns that embody rebellion and royalty.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee fashion design, creative direction, and art collaborations.
- Manage visual campaigns, pop-ups, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and stylists to keep the aesthetic cohesive.
- Develop business models for DTC, licensing, and brand collabs.
- Align with marketing to drive product-based storytelling and seasonal drops.
Compensation
- Equity: 2 – 4% stake + commission on sales (10–20%)
- Pathway: Transition to VP of Creative Enterprises upon scaling
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
