Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through outstanding customer service and deep product knowledge
- Build lasting relationships with high-end clientele, interior designers, and architects
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Prepare and present design proposals tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with the design and logistics teams to ensure seamless deliveries and client satisfaction
- Maintain an organized, aesthetically pleasing showroom environment
- Use AutoCAD to support space planning and create design presentations
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite for communication, quoting, and reporting
