The Franchise Partner Trainee role is a structured, professional track that builds the fundamentals of running a local business: operations, brand standards, team coordination, and customer experience. You’ll learn how a franchise location is planned, launched, and managed—while contributing to real projects alongside experienced managers.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day location operations, coordination, and basic reporting.
- Assist with presentations, vendor coordination, and franchise documentation.
- Coordinate local campaigns/events and support engagement with community partners.
- Provide customer guidance in-store and at events, ensuring brand-standard service.
- Track KPIs, prepare weekly summaries, and suggest process improvements
- Shadow budgeting, scheduling, and staffing processes to understand unit economics.
Requirements
- Professional communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working on-site, rotating between office, storefront, and event settings.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic business tools.
- Interest in an entrepreneurial career path with increasing scope and responsibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $43,000 – $57,000 annually.
