Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

About the Role:
Join our core development team as a QA Engineer, performing both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality of our core product. You’ll collaborate closely with developers to test new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, contributing to test strategies, writing test cases, and executing both manual and automated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automated scripts.
- Conduct regression, API, and integration testing.
- Define and implement test strategies and plans.
- Track and report bugs, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year automation QA experience, 3+ years preferred in QA (manual or automation).
- Hands-on with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar.
- Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Strong test planning, execution, and documentation skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with B2B or complex software systems.
- Exposure to both front-end and back-end automated testing.
- Experience with QA for AI-related projects (optional).
Candidate Profile:
- Comfortable performing both manual and automation QA tasks (manual testing will initially be the main focus).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.
- Strong English communication skills.
Compensation:
- $10,000 – $20,000 USD per year (contractor), depending on experience and skills.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered up to $25,000 USD per year.
