I run a boutique marketing agency that helps leading experts in the personal development, health, style and new age industries build thriving online businesses. From course launches and email funnels to brand strategy and social media content — I handle it all. Now, I’m looking for a Superstar Social Media + Marketing Assistant to grow with me long-term.
This is a remote (US-based), part-time position with huge potential to expand to full-time for the right person.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be my right hand — helping execute powerful marketing strategies that help our clients shine. Responsibilities include:
- Managing social media strategy and scheduling for clients (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Creating scroll-stopping reels, memes, and posts in Canva and Capcut or your preferred reel editing program
- Managing ManyChat automations on Instagram + Facebook
- Staying on top of social media trends and what’s working now
- Writing marketing copy for podcasts, emails, and social posts
- Setting up and sending client emails (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Aweber, Kajabi)
- Editing short-form videos and scheduling uploads
- Pitching clients for podcast guest appearances
- Assisting with website edits and maintenance - ie landing page creation, connecting plugins, client's course updates and refunds (Clients are on Elementor (with Learn Dash and Wishlist) + Kajabi)
- Helping in creation of client online programs, workbooks, etc.
- Supporting day-to-day communication, scheduling, and admin needs
- Collaborating with me on overall marketing strategy and execution

Required Skills & Experience
If you don’t have at least 2 years of experience in these areas, this role isn’t the right fit (yet! ;):
- Marketing and social media management (2+ years minimum)
- Strong communication skills (writing, email, grammar)
- Graphic and Light Video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Google Drive + Microsoft Office proficiency
- WordPress website management / some design knowledge (Elementor and/or Kajabi preferred)
- Content writing + marketing copy experience
- Understanding of social media growth strategy
Bonus if you’re familiar with Woo Commerce, ManyChat, ConvertKit, and/or ActiveCampaign — and if you love working with brands in the personal development, health, style or spiritual spaces (some clients are mediums and spiritual teachers - all wonderful people).
