Recruiter – Finance (Contract)
Location: Remote (Onsite option available)
Schedule: Full-time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST with flexible start/end times)
Assignment Duration: 6-month contract with possibility for extension
Compensation: $30 to $34 an hour

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our dedicated Advice and Wealth Management Recruitment team. This role is crucial to our team's current expansion efforts. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles within the Finance sector, focusing on efficient sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
The ideal candidate has foundational recruiting experience and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team culture. You will be joining a supportive team of four recruiters and one sourcer.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will manage a dedicated pipeline of financial roles:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop effective sourcing plans, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process, including extending offers to candidates.
- Candidate Management: Perform interviews, conduct reference checks, and provide timely, constructive feedback to all candidates.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to counsel them on best practices, and develop internal and external search strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Offer Generation: Prepare accurate and timely job offer materials based on finalized job specifications.
- Process Improvement: Participate in special projects and continually look for ways to improve recruitment activities and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in talent acquisition:
- Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting experience is desired (minimum of one year required by core qualifications).
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
