Corporate Intern - Conduct Risk Compliance
Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working alongside colleagues in Conduct Risk Compliance strengthening reporting, and enhancing current processes (including automation opportunities), related to Sales Practices and Incentive Compensation programs.

Expand program review of Sales Practices materials across FCB, assessing for consistency and alignment to policy.

Enhance current reporting, including establishment of Key Indicators.

Explore and develop potential use cases for automation within reporting and program monitoring tools.

Research, report and identify themes and trends as it relates to Sales Practices within customer complaints and investigations.

Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.

Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.

Be assigned a project, designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem that you will present at the close of the internship.

Prepare a wrap-up presentation to be shared with the division leader and other key stakeholders in the company to outline your accomplishments and experience during the internship.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience

Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program)

Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program

The hourly pay for this position is generally between $18.70 and $28.60. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
