Responsibilities We are seeking IT Support Specialists to assist clients with hardware and software issues. In this role, you will provide on-site or remote technical support, including setting up computer hardware, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting common IT problems. Specialists may also focus on specific desktop operating systems.
