We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales in Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in technical or industrial sales, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand EGI’s market presence within the Louisiana region.
· Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Attend industry trade shows, site visits, and client meetings to promote EGI products and services.
· Represent EGI with professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or equipment sales.
· Strong understanding of the petrochemical or refinery industry preferred.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational skills.
· Willingness to learn the business and develop deep product and industry knowledge.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
· Bringing an existing book of business is not required—we’re looking for motivated professionals ready to grow with us.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Interview & Onboarding Process
· The selection process includes two interviews: one pre-screen and one with our Director of Sales.
· Once selected, the new Regional Sales Manager will complete a 2-week training program at our headquarters in Houston, Texas.
· There will be one additional follow-up meeting at our Houston headquarters to ensure you are fully set up for success.
· All travel expenses will be covered by EGI.
