- Assist in outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and generating leads through cold calling and networking.
- Support account management by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies that drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
- Utilize Fieldroutes and other CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Participate in territory management by identifying opportunities within assigned regions to maximize sales potential.
- Engage in direct sales activities, upselling products and services to meet customer needs while achieving personal sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
