Overview
Lincoln Group is partnering with a confidential healthcare marketing services provider to hire Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support growth among primary care practices operating on cash-pay, membership, or subscription-based models.
This role focuses on early-stage sales activities—engaging leads, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships—while senior leadership manages contract negotiation and close.
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound and referral-based leads from primary care practices
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand practice goals, patient acquisition needs, and growth readiness
- Present marketing subscription services using a consultative, value-driven approach
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate activity tracking
- Prepare qualified opportunities for handoff to senior leadership for closing
- Stay informed on trends in direct primary care, concierge, and subscription-based healthcare
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing services, or business development preferred
- Familiarity with primary care, DPC, concierge medicine, or cash-pay healthcare models a plus
- Strong communication skills and a consultative sales mindset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
