Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Houston, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to expand market reach. Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, generating and converting leads, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the full sales cycle. You will also educate clients about products and services, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to handle lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Ability to provide Training to clients or team members on services and products as needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely while meeting team goals
- Previous experience in the climate control or HVAC industry is a plus
