We are seeking experienced high-end custom cabinet installers looking to take the next step into their future. Qualified candidates must have experience with high end custom installations and must be able to read multi-level drawings, demonstrate excellency and enjoy training, coaching and mentoring their respective teams in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
- Installation and Engineering Feedback to Design Team on Custom Drawings
- Ensure Mayfield Standards are Being Held
- Manage Labor and Installation Job Budgets to Ensure Margins are held
- Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurate
- Manage installation related issues and provide solutions
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
- Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed
- Qualifications: Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior 5 years experience directly installing cabinets required. Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
