We’re hunting for a UI killer who wants to win on Awwwards and ship work people actually remember.
Location: West Palm Beach (local only or already here)
Experience: Don’t care if you’re 17, or 37 show work, not years of experience.
Type: Contractor to start. Fast path to ongoing.
You’ll
- Work on projects that win https://www.awwwards.com/
- Tear apart websites from a UI perspective and explain what’s wrong in plain English.
- Redesign key sections with clean hierarchy, spacing, and type.
- Build clickable prototypes that feel real.
- Collaborate with video + dev to ship.
You are
- Opinionated about type, rhythm, spacing, contrast, micro-interactions.
- Fast in Figma. Knows when to use components and when to keep it simple.
- Able to back up taste with reasoning and a quick mock.
- Curious, resourceful, deadline-reliable.
Nice to have
- Framer experience
- Motion basics (smart, minimal transitions)
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive patterns
Shortlisted candidates will receive a trial task (paid, short 5 hours max)
We’ll give you a local site. You’ll deliver:
- 1 critique doc (max 1 page)
- 1 redesigned home page + one interior section in Figma
- 1 quick prototype showing hover/scroll behavior
