About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to contribute directly to business growth.
As the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, you will identify target companies, conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, and help drive our expansion strategy. You will build relationships with business owners across the home-service and trades industries and play a meaningful role in shaping our pipeline and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities- Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification
- Conduct consultative conversations using BANT or similar frameworks
- Build and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research prospective companies and continuously maintain a strong pipeline
- Accurately track activity, progress, and data within HubSpot
- Communicate professionally and effectively with business owners and decision-makers
Qualifications- 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR or relevant sales experience with a record of meeting activity or revenue goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and excel in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Ability to engage in conversations with owner/operators in home-service or trade-based industries
- Coachability, resilience, and a strong desire to improve your craft
