ShowingNow Sales Representative Overview
ShowingNow is a platform built to help agents save time and deliver exceptional service to their clients. With ShowingNow, agents can instantly dispatch verified local agents to cover showings or open houses when scheduling conflicts arise — ensuring every client gets access and no deal slips through the cracks.
We’re seeking driven Sales Representatives to onboard listing agents, teams, and brokerages who can benefit from ShowingNow’s platform. Your mission is to help agents understand how ShowingNow enhances their productivity, client experience, and deal flow — and to convert signups into booked showings.

Position Details & Compensation
Title: Sales Representative
Type: Hourly + Performance Bonuses (Contract or Part-Time)
Compensation Range: $18–$25 per hour + milestone bonuses ($75,000 OTE) depending on experience
Compensation Structure
Base Pay: Hourly compensation for remote sales activities, outreach, and follow-up tasks.
- Performance Bonuses / Commissions: Additional earnings based on successfully booked presentations, gigs booked by your recorded leads, and other measurable milestones.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard real estate agents, team leaders, and brokerages to ShowingNow
- Explain how ShowingNow prevents missed showings, creates more time for more opportunities, and accelerates deals
- Guide new users through onboarding and their first booking as needed
- Track progress in CRM and follow up to encourage active usage
- Collect feedback and success stories from agents to refine sales messaging
- Meet or exceed booking-based activation goals

Ideal Candidate
- Sales or real estate experience preferred (especially tech or SaaS tools)
- Clear, persuasive communicator who understands agent pain points
- Motivated by results, not just signups
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable in remote settings
- Able to balance relationship-building with performance accountability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
