Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with high-intent leads
- Prospect and cold call targeted homeowner lists
- Re-engage older leads in our CRM
- Quickly qualify motivation, timeline, and property condition
- Set appointments and pass qualified opportunities to Closers
- Consistently follow up until leads convert or disqualify
Skills & Qualifications:
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to close over the phone.
- Comfortable with high call volume (100+ dials per day)
- Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value.
- Coachable with a strong focus on long-term success and skill development.
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM.
Working Conditions:
- Enjoy the comfort of working remote, with the ability to transition to office.
- Work Monday 2 PM-8 PM, Tuesday 9 AM-6 PM, Wednesday 9 AM-1 PM & 3 PM-8 PM, Thursday 9 AM-1 PM & 3 PM-8 PM, Friday 9 AM-5 PM and inbound calls on an as-needed basis
- Overtime pay available as needed to hit your personal financial goals
Compensation:
- Start with a competitive base salary of $2,000 per month, plus an attractive commission structure.
- With our highly competitive un-capped commission structure you should see your earnings grow to $6,000+ per month meeting only the minimum sales targets.
