Job Title: AI Implementation Strategist (Business Systems & Leverage)
- Type: Contract or Full-Time (Flexible)
- Compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ (based on experience & scope)
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Implementation Strategist who helps entrepreneurs and business owners buy back time and scale using AI — without making things complicated or technical.
This role is not about building software or coding.
It’s about installing leverage.
You will work closely with leadership and clients to identify bottlenecks, design AI-powered workflows, and implement systems that reduce workload while increasing output.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Auditing business workflows to identify time drains and leverage opportunities
- Designing and implementing AI-supported systems for:
- Content creation
- Operations
- Strategic planning
- Decision-making
- Customizing AI workflows to fit different business models
- Creating repeatable processes and documentation
- Supporting entrepreneurs through AI implementation calls
- Translating business needs into simple AI solutions
What We’re Looking For
You must have:
- Strong understanding of how small businesses and entrepreneurs operate
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (especially ChatGPT) in real business scenarios.
- Ability to design workflows, not just write prompts
- Systems thinking and process orientation
- Clear communication skills (non-technical audiences)
Nice to have:
- Experience in operations, consulting, coaching, or strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace
- Background in entrepreneurship or startups
