We’re looking for tech-minded, analytical individuals with backgrounds in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering who want to expand their skill set into financial strategy and consulting.

This is a remote, flexible 1099 contract role — perfect for those seeking to build additional income or transition into a high-growth field. Most of our team members start part-time while keeping their day job.

Full 1-on-1 training, mentorship, leadership provided.

Position Details

Role: Financial Professional / Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% commission-based
Part-Time: Up to $50,000/year (average)
Full-Time: Up to $145,000+/year

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to understand client goals and financial needs.
Use a data-driven approach to design customized financial strategies.
Recommend insurance and retirement solutions aligned with client objectives.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Educate clients on financial tools and options, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable steps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with 100% commission based. Proven blueprint to success.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Willing to invest in yourself and obtain a Life Insurance Producer’s License (we provide tutoring for certification).
Must pass a background check.
Access to a computer or tablet and reliable internet connection.
