Position Title: Junior Designer
Reporting to: Chief Creative Officer
Role Summary
As a Junior Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director and creative team to bring ideas to life across all touchpoints — from concept to execution. You’ll contribute to the visual development of campaigns with a strong sense of craft, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and timely delivery across print, digital, and experiential media.
Main Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Develop and adapt visual concepts across formats — print, digital, motion, and social — with precision and flair.
- Creative Research: Identify visual trends, cultural references, and emerging design movements to inspire and inform creative work.
- Production Support: Assist in creating layouts, mockups, retouching images, and building case studies or presentation decks.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with illustrators, animators, and external partners to ensure visual coherence and production quality.
- Campaign Support: Participate in creative briefings, PPMs, shoots, and post-production reviews, helping ensure the creative vision is fully realized.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
- Skilled in crafting digital content and editorial storytelling.
- Deep interest in the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and emerging AI design tools.
