Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Business Analyst to join their team in San Francisco, CA! This role will be hybrid and require 3x a week onsite.

In this role, you will be responsible for standing up and influencing a major initiative within their Expert Network. You will deep dive into feedback from their front-line experts and partners to uncover key insights that will directly shape their retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze feedback - leverage feedback surveys and data sources to identify trends, pain points, and key drivers related to employee and partner retention
- Generate insights - stand up new surveys or facilitate focus groups to explore their findings
- Communicate findings - Create and deliver compelling bi-weekly reports and executive-level presentations using Google Slides and docs, then share insights with stakeholders
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role reviewing feedback
- Experience with SQL and Python is a plus
- Ability to communicate with various audiences and present complex information
