What You'll Do:
- Engage with existing Subaru owners to discuss vehicle upgrade opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage trade-in evaluations and coordinate with sales and service teams to convert them into new Subaru sales.
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience.
- Create a welcoming environment that increases trade-ins, boosts new Subaru sales, and enhances the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous and strong sales and negotiation skills preferred (but not required).
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset and professional attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
