What You’ll Do
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social — a creative content editor who can manage our presence across platforms, grow engagement, and help shape Tasker AI’s brand voice.
You’ll spend your time researching trends, editing and optimizing content (especially short-form video), managing our posting schedule, and engaging our growing communities. You’ll also collaborate with the team and our influencers to create content that showcases what’s possible with AI automation.
Your Daily Routine
- Start your day by browsing Reddit, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram to see what people are talking about.
- Spot trends or problems that Tasker AI could solve — and turn them into engaging social content.
- Edit and repurpose videos and posts for different platforms.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using platform-native tools.
- Write captions, hashtags, and headlines that drive engagement.
- Engage with comments and communities in an authentic, non-spammy way.
- Track metrics, test formats, and iterate quickly.
- Work with influencers and creators to refine and publish their content.
What We Need
- Proven experience building and managing active social media accounts (please share links or stats).
- Strong content editing skills — especially for short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Understanding of different social platform cultures and best practices.
- A knack for storytelling, creative copywriting, and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (you don’t need to be an expert, just curious and resourceful).
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and ship fast.
- Solid understanding of engagement analytics and growth metrics.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement posts.
- Background in influencer collaboration or community management.
- Graphic design or motion editing experience (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
3-Month Contract Goals
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across 3–4 platforms.
- Edit and post 80+ pieces of high-quality short-form content.
- Grow Tasker AI’s follower base and engagement metrics measurably.
- Establish consistent posting cadence and tone of voice.
