Summary:
The Global Brand Management team is seeking a highly organized and growth-oriented Project Coordinator to provide operational and project support across five Presidents and their respective teams. This contractor role blends administrative excellence with project coordination, presentation development, and technology enablement. Responsibilities:

Administrative & Team Support

Provide calendar management for five Vice Presidents, including scheduling across global time zones and coordinating internal/external meetings.
Support team operations such as meeting logistics, agenda development, note capture, and follow-ups.
Assist with travel coordination, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day team coordination.

Project Coordination

Support brand-related initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
Help organize team-wide planning sessions, workshops, and cross-functional programs.
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

Presentation & Design Support

Create and refine professional presentations using PowerPoint, ensuring visual clarity and brand alignment.
Apply basic graphic design skills to elevate storytelling and executive communications.
Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into compelling visual formats.

Technology & Collaboration Enablement

Champion the use of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools to streamline workflows.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, M365 AI features) to automate tasks and boost productivity.
Encourage adoption of new tools and practices that foster more efficient, collaborative ways of working.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles, preferably within or similar corporate environments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Familiarity with presentation design and basic graphic design principles.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
